Led the end-to-end modernization of a multi-building campus network to improve reliability, safety, and coverage. The program supported secure access to virtual learning platforms for 40,218 students and delivered 100% uptime during high-stakes exams in the 750-seater and 350-seater CBT labs.
- Architecture: Re-designed core/distribution/access, introduced VLAN segmentation, and added redundant links for failover.
- Wireless & Access: Deployed/optimized access points to deliver robust coverage for students and staff across facilities.
- Operations: Implemented proactive maintenance, monitoring and runbooks that reduced incidents and mean-time-to-resolve.
- Safety & Security: Hardened edge and gateways; championed safe computing practices and policy enforcement across endpoints.
- Exam Readiness: Standardized CBT server maintenance and network change control; scheduled exam passes for 25,000+ students.
