Teaching Practice Posting & Letter Platform (Web App)

I developed and deployed a production-grade web application for Teaching Practice Posting and Letter generation, hosted at oouteachingpractice.name.ng. The platform streamlines student posting, school capacity management, approval workflows, and printable posting letters.

• Core Stack: PHP (with MySQLi prepared statements), JavaScript (ES6), AJAX, HTML/CSS, Python utilities.
• Admin Dashboard: Manage schools, courses, student enrollments, capacities, and assignments with search, filters, pagination.
• Data Ops: CSV import/export (schools, courses, students), bulk actions, and change logs for auditability.
• Capacity Rules: School capacity enforcement, live counts per school, safe rename/cascade handling.
• Student Portal: Secure enrollment lookup (by matric), posting confirmation, and printable/postable letters (PDF/print-friendly).
• Real-time UX: AJAX modals and toasts for edits, validations, and status updates without full page reloads.
• Security & Reliability: Server-side form-status checks (prevents UI tampering), input validation, prepared queries, role-based access.
• Insights: Dynamic charts for departments/levels/schools (Chart.js) and downloadable reports.
