Provisioned and administered a Microsoft 365 tenant to modernize collaboration and security—covering tenant setup, identity, email, storage, device management, and ongoing compliance operations.

• Tenant & Domain: Initial provisioning, custom domain verification, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), baseline admin roles.
• Exchange Online: Mailbox creation & migration (IMAP/cutover), transport rules, anti-spam/anti-phishing, retention & litigation hold.
• SharePoint & OneDrive: Site architecture, permissions, secure sharing, retention labels, backup/restore coordination.
• Teams Governance: Policies for meetings, messaging, apps, and external access; lifecycle for teams and channels.
• Identity & Security: Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access, Password Protection, Defender for Office 365, DLP, sensitivity labels.
• Endpoint Management: Intune enrollment, compliance policies, app protection (MAM), Windows update rings, device baselines.
